Terms of Use for Phone Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Phone Tracker (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are not barred from using the App under applicable laws.

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.2 License Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
• You may not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes or to violate others’ rights.

3.3 Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights not expressly granted to you.

3.4 Updates

We may provide updates or modifications to the App. Some updates may be required for continued use. These Terms apply to all updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

3.5 Termination of License

Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

4. User Accounts

If the App allows account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions, Trials & In‑App Purchases

• Billing: Fees are billed through your App Store account. Taxes may apply.
• Auto‑Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store account settings.
• Trials: If you start a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds: All charges are final and non‑refundable except as required by law or App Store policy.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access others’ data without authorization, interfering with the operation of the App, or violating laws or third‑party rights.

8. Third‑Party Services

The App may use third‑party services (such as analytics, authentication, or maps). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

9. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Apple is not responsible for providing any maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party related to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple will have the right to enforce them against you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
